We are on a constant search for the perfectly balanced lifestyle.

We know a lot about nutrition, detox, raw food, vegan-ism, juicing, fermenting, eating organic, local, and seasonal fare.

There is no shortage of information about alternative health treatments. We visit Naturopaths, Homeopaths, Nutritionists, healers of every tradition.

And it is good. We try hard to do all the right things, but sometimes, many times, we are still sick, with an undiagnosable illness that defies our most fervent efforts to be well.

But there is something that eludes us.
